8K signal
StarVison12G-SDI 8K Monitor can support a maximum signal of 8192x4320 60P, with 8K standard signal formats including 4320p23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50, 59.94, and 60P. With advanced signal processing technology, the 8K HDR monitor helps users view a world of true color reproduction.

Pure black field, reshaping sensory shock
Nearly 0 nit (0.0005) pure black point, 1,000,000:1 ultra-high contrast ratio, reproduce excellent black performance, bring a more shocking sensory experience.

Burn-in Prevention Technology, Fearless Against Residual Images
Equipped with StarVison's latest anti-burn-in technology, it significantly improves the burn-in phenomenon of OLED images.

Motion adaptive interlaced to progressive conversion
Advanced signal processing technologies and a proprietary video processing engine—motion-adaptive interlaced to progressive scan—achieve superior fast-motion performance with quick response. Through precise algorithms, it addresses blurriness and jagged edges in moving images, making the images clearer and smoother. This technology meets the high image requirements of various applications and scenarios, such as sports broadcasting, camera panning, and subtitle scrolling.

ColorSpace and Calman Color Correction Software
StarVison monitors all use high-precision color calibration instruments such as Klein K10-A and CR300 for factory calibration. The calibration accuracy of K10-A is 100 times that of a standard analyzer i1 Display Pro. The spectral bandwidth of CR300 reaches an impressive level of 2 nanometers, with a wavelength resolution as high as 0.8nm/pixel, and its extreme low-brightness measurement reaches the top level globally. With the arrival of the 4K and 8K ultra-high-definition era, high-precision calibration instruments have become a necessary condition for 4K monitor calibration to achieve more realistic color performance and HDR high dynamic range detail reproduction. StarVison monitors, by adopting top-tier calibration instruments and a comprehensive color management system, ensure that the monitors possess precise color reproduction capabilities.

Support for importing custom 3D LUT color correction tables
Users can load 2 types of different color 3D LUT files according to their own needs, making DIT and post-production work simpler and more intuitive, optimizing the workflow and improving work efficiency.

Supports HDR waveform, displays brightness values (nit), HDR proportion analysis
The HDR reference white benchmark is 203nit, with anything exceeding 203nit considered HDR highlights, and the HDR highlight ratio should not exceed 20% of the overall image. The HDR waveform graph and HDR percentage display functions make HDR data analysis more intuitive and convenient, allowing content creators to more easily grasp the appropriate ratio of HDR elements in the overall image, achieving more ideal artistic effects.

High Dynamic Range (HDR) Display
StarVison 8K and 4K series and Full HD KVM-6X series monitors support HDR display functionality, with optional HDR modes including PQ (ST2084) and HLG. They support displaying a wider brightness dynamic range and provide an extremely high level of image quality and image reproduction.

2SI and SQD format 4K/8K signal mode

4K/8K 2 Sample Interleave (2SI) mode: Pixel-based segmentation

4K/8K Square Division (SQD) mode: Splitting based on quadrants
Four-line mode supports the simultaneous mixed display of different formats
The four-screen mode supports mixing display of 4K/high-definition/standard-definition (i/p) different format signals simultaneously. Any two screens can be displayed full-screen with one click, or any four screens can be displayed full-screen via GPIO control. Each screen's color space and dynamic range can be set individually. All four screens can independently display HDR waveforms.

Supports multiple gamma, EOTF curve conversions
StarVison 8K and 4K series monitors support Gamma 2.0, 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 selection, support various EOTF curve conversions suitable for the broadcasting industry/digital cinema standards, including SONY S-log1/2/3, ARRI Log-C, Canon C-log1/2/3, Panasonic V-log/log(softroll), etc., achieving perfect integration with camera systems.

Dark side details view function
The black stretch function is designed to enhance the brightness of low-brightness areas in the image while increasing shadow details. It does so without reducing the image quality in bright areas, without changing the black level, and without affecting midtones.

4K BOX marking feature
The BOX function allows flexible setting of the height and width of the security frame on the monitor, as well as shifting its position up, down, left, and right. It facilitates photographers to adjust flexibly according to the frame ratio during shooting, bringing great convenience to achieving simultaneous production and broadcasting for traditional television and mobile devices.

4K HDR Waveform | Vector Graphic
Supports 4K HDR waveform, SDI, and HDMI (optional) signals: waveform, vector, histogram, audio phase functions; and can display multiple image analysis functions simultaneously at the bottom of the screen, with measurement accuracy reaching the level of professional testing instruments. The waveform also has a peak alarm function.

Assistive focus feature
The assisted focus feature displays images with red sharpened edges to help photographers with focusing. This feature works best when combined with the zoom function.

False color function
False color function refers to analyzing the brightness distribution of the entire image and displaying it with warm and cool colors, making it convenient for lighting during shooting and post-production.

Zebra pattern
Zebra pattern function refers to the appearance of zebra stripes on the monitor screen when the exposure exceeds the preset value, accurately reflecting the exposure condition of the video frame, helping to prompt the camera operator to adjust the aperture to obtain the appropriate exposure value.
